1- Returns or Exchanges: Tickets purchased via internet or call center Ticket Online / Voyenbus may be exchanged or returned, only by the card holder and paying penalties or withholding of the following forms below planned: On line through the website where you purchased it or through the following websites: www.ticketonline.cl or www.voyenbus.com (only returns) or requesting a refund or exchange here.
a) Only returns will be accepted up to 4 hours before the departure of the purchased service, without exception.
b) The emails sent after 9 pm and until 9 am the other day will be processed after this last hour, take into account for trips that may occur in that period of time, since your ticket will be lost in such case.
c) The return of the ticket implies the retention of 15% of the value of the ticket, according to Art 67 D.S. 212 of 10/15/1992 MTT.
2- Baggage: Your ticket entitles you to carry a handbag that may not exceed 20 k. Otherwise, check surplus baggage costs to the driver of the service.
3- Transactions with credit cards, are authorized Global Collect Services, a service enabled and approved by all the authorizing centers of the credit cards of Chile. 4- Tickets purchased or returned in Ticket Online have a service charge. If requested the return of the passage, the service fee is not refundable.

7- In international services, the passenger must satisfy all the governmental requirements requested to travel and enter or leave a country. Voyenbus S.A. is not responsible for the expense and inconvenience caused by the failure by the passenger of these requirements.

8- Purchase subject to verification: Any ticket purchased under this type of contract (Ticket Online) and paid in advance with credit or debit card or any other electronic payment method, is subject to verification by TicketOnline.com. cl or Voyenbus.com. The transport company or service provider reserves the right, in case of any irregularity, to require the holder of the ticket (passenger), clear and concrete evidence of the payment method used for the payment of the ticket or ticket, which must be presented to the authorities of the bus terminal or corresponding transport agency, before the provision of the service.
